Varieon Shop provides digital services and software — we do not ship physical products. This page describes how our services are delivered, typical timelines, and what to expect during an engagement. It serves as our Shipping & Delivery Policy for the purposes of payment processors (including Stripe and Slash) and any regulatory disclosure requirements.
1. Nature of Deliverables
All deliverables from Varieon Shop are digital, including but not limited to:
- AI agents, chatbots, and conversational interfaces deployed on cloud infrastructure;
- Automation workflows hosted on platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom cloud environments;
- Custom software, scripts, integrations, and APIs;
- Digital marketing campaigns, content, ad creative, and analytics dashboards;
- Documentation, training materials, and reports delivered electronically.
2. Delivery Method
Deliverables are provided through one or more of the following methods:
- Direct deployment to the Client's cloud accounts, websites, or platforms;
- Shared cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, GitHub, or similar);
- Email with attached files or secure links;
- Project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Linear, or Slack channels set up for the engagement.
The specific delivery method will be confirmed in the Statement of Work or during onboarding.
3. Delivery Timelines
Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. Typical ranges are:
- Discovery / scoping: 3–7 business days after engagement begins.
- Small AI agent or automation: 2–4 weeks.
- Mid-sized custom system: 4–10 weeks.
- Large or enterprise build: 8 weeks or more, with milestones agreed in the SOW.
- Ongoing marketing or maintenance: continuous, with deliverables shipped on a weekly or monthly cadence.
Specific dates and milestones will be defined in the project's Statement of Work. Varieon Shop will communicate progress regularly and notify the Client promptly of any anticipated delay.
4. Order Confirmation
After payment is received through Stripe, Slash, or another approved processor, you will receive:
- A payment confirmation email from the payment processor;
- A separate confirmation from Varieon Shop within one (1) business day, including next steps and onboarding instructions.
5. Access & Handoff
Upon completion of a deliverable, the Client will receive:
- Access credentials or transfer of ownership for any cloud-hosted components;
- Source files, code, or documentation as defined in the SOW;
- A walkthrough or handoff session, when included in the engagement.
It is the Client's responsibility to maintain secure storage of credentials and access tokens after handoff.
6. International Clients
Varieon Shop serves clients globally. Because all deliverables are digital, there are no customs, duties, or international shipping fees. Communications and meetings are scheduled in mutually convenient time zones.
7. Delays Outside Our Control
Some delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Delayed Client feedback or missing information;
- Outages or rate limits at third-party providers (AI model APIs, hosting platforms, advertising networks);
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or regulatory changes.
In such cases, we will communicate transparently and revise the schedule as needed.
