This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Varieon Shop ("we", "us") offers refunds or cancellations for our AI software, automation, and digital marketing services. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to this policy.
1. Service-Based Engagements
Varieon Shop provides custom, project-based professional services. Because each engagement involves significant time, customization, and resources, our refund terms reflect the nature of the work performed.
1.1 Deposits
Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits secure your project in our schedule and cover initial discovery, scoping, and onboarding activities.
1.2 Milestone-Based Projects
For projects billed in milestones, completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable. If a project is canceled mid-milestone, the Client will be invoiced for work performed up to the cancellation date on a pro-rata basis.
1.3 Subscription Services
For recurring or subscription-based services (e.g., monthly automation maintenance, marketing retainers, hosted AI agents):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice.
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you retain access to the service through the end of the paid period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Service not commenced: If you make a payment but we have not started any work, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of payment.
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: If you were charged in error or twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount.
- Material failure to deliver: If Varieon Shop materially fails to deliver agreed-upon work and the issue cannot be remedied within thirty (30) days, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, proportional to undelivered work.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@varieonshop.site with the following information:
- Full name and company name;
- Email address used for the engagement;
- Invoice or transaction reference;
- Reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days through the original payment method.
4. Payment Processor Terms
Payments are processed by secure third-party providers, including Stripe and Slash. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used. The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Varieon Shop is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or the payment processor.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with Varieon Shop may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe is unwarranted.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not refundable under any circumstances:
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., ad spend, API credits, software licenses, domain registrations);
- Custom code, design work, or AI training that has been delivered and accepted;
- Consulting hours already performed;
- Discounts, promotional credits, or free trial conversions.
7. Exceptions
This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If a stricter local consumer protection law applies to you, that law will prevail to the extent of any conflict.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
